Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Health Services
Applies between Noid Health AB and the Client/Customer
Overview
Noid Health AB (hereafter Noid), corporate registration number 556955–5872, belongs to the worldwide Health Optimizing concept.
Noid provides health services in the form of health screenings, treatment programmes, courses, training, lectures, health products and other events. The health services are provided digitally and/or through in-person visits at a location designated by Noid.
“Service” means the health service or services ordered by the Customer. “Customer” means the natural or legal person who purchases any of the above health services. “Client” means the natural person who receives the purchased service or services.
General
Noid works with technology-based integrative medicine as a complement to conventional and alternative medicine. It is a comprehensive clinic concept featuring leading, non-invasive technologies capable of carefully mapping thousands of health parameters to identify the triggering factors behind the Client’s health concerns. The concept also includes various treatment methods to help balance and optimise health.
Applicability
These terms and conditions apply between Noid and the Client for every order of a Service. The Client must accept the terms before the Service can be carried out.
Ahead of your first visit
These terms and conditions, the privacy policy and the consent form must be accepted before Noid can begin working with a Client or Customer.
Ahead of the first visit, the Client should also have completed and submitted the digital health declaration sent by email, so that Noid can prepare for the visit.
Booking and cancellation terms
The Client books an appointment for the Service either directly through the digital booking portal on the website or through direct contact and in agreement with Noid.
A purchased Service can be cancelled up until 24 hours before the Service is due to begin. After that point the Service can no longer be cancelled and will be charged according to the standard price list.
Cancellations are made by contacting Noid by phone, email or text message.
Prices and payment
Standard prices for Noid’s basic screenings are available on the website. Prices for various treatment options and offers are provided on contacting the clinic.
Noid’s services are primarily health services on which no VAT is charged. If tax regulations change, or if any of Noid’s services are in any respect found not to be covered by the VAT exemption, Noid has the right to add VAT to the stated prices.
When booking one or more Services, the Client agrees to pay for the agreed services by card on site, immediately after the Service has been carried out.
Personal data
Noid processes the Client’s personal data in accordance with Noid’s privacy policy.
Confidentiality
All employees of Noid are bound by a duty of confidentiality and non-disclosure towards individual patients.
Force majeure
Noid is exempt from liability for failure to fulfil its obligations under the order and these terms and conditions if the failure is due to a circumstance beyond Noid’s control that Noid could not, or could not reasonably have been expected to, foresee at the time the Service was ordered and these terms and conditions were entered into.
Such circumstances may include, for example, war, civil war, fire, flooding, industrial action, disruption to public communications, disruption to the general energy supply, or comparable circumstances.
Intellectual property rights
Ownership, copyright and all other rights to Noid’s trademark, as well as all documents, courses and materials used and/or provided by Noid, belong exclusively to Noid.
Feedback and complaints
If the Customer and/or Client is not satisfied with how the Service was carried out, the Customer should contact Noid at info@noidhealth.se.
